LIFECOACHING
In a life coaching program, you work on those aspects of your life that you wish to improve from an intrinsic motivation. What these are is deeply personal. Sometimes they relate to a specific stage in life, such as work-life balance or the “quarter-life crisis.” But often, they are topics that people of all ages strive to navigate. These might include relationships with others, loneliness, personal leadership, health, or finding purpose. They’re called “life questions” because they center on who you are, what defines you, and how that is expressed in your life.

To give you an idea, here are some of the questions I’ve encountered in this area:
- What do I stand for, and what don’t I? And how can I show that?
- Why do I feel so restless?
- How can I better set and maintain boundaries?
- How can I be of value now that I’m retired?
- Can I improve my relationship with my family while staying true to myself?
- How do I make conscious decisions?
- When will I feel successful?
- What truly makes me happy?
- Where will I be in five years if I stay on this path?
- Do I want children? And what role does my environment play in that decision?
- What do I want in this phase of my life?
Do you also have a feeling or situation that you keep running into? Something that occupies your mind but that you can’t quite move forward with? Then it helps to work through it together. Even (or especially) if you don’t yet have a clearly formulated question.
What will it bring me?
I guide you in finding your personal answers to these life questions. Through this process, you’ll deepen your self-awareness, enabling you to make choices that truly align with who you are. And because these questions often affect multiple areas of your life, the answers will have a broad and meaningful impact. The insights you gain will stay with you, helping you navigate any situation or context you find yourself in. Step by step, you’ll move closer to where you want to be. Together, we’ll shape your wishes into reality while maintaining a healthy balance with your surroundings. This journey allows you to get more out of life, focusing on the areas that matter most to you.
